WHY you train?

    1. Personal goals. I like the challenge, seeing where that takes me.

    2. Blowing off steam - do more when I'm pissed.

    3. Possible fights. Punks around my neighborhoods keep asking for it.

    1. Originally to lose weight

    2. Father in law had massive heart attack and major blockage in many of his arteries. (would like to avoid that)

    3. Set a good example for my kids

    4. I continue to do it because I feel like absolute crap when I don't do it.

    5. Clears my head after a busy and hectic day at work.
