In recent years, it's beyond obvious the show is the biggest fall from grace of any other show in the history of the entertainment industry. But, in the last few months - it's really obvious that Wiggy is simply too old for all of this.

His time killing Vietnam improvised bit today was simply pathetic. Who the fuck would find this creative and funny? Who??
At this point, the Vietnam and Ted Kennedy references are again, just old.

He likened the One Direction member leaving to Eric Clapton leaving Cream. That was 47 YEARS AGO.

If, in the mid-90's Larry King made reference to an event from the mid-1940's, Wiggy would go on and on how old and out of touch he is.

Well for Wiggy, time has caught up. He sounds old and tired - beyond his denture lisp.

    Just Stop.

Sounds to me like the air is getting off of Wiggy.

No one cares about him anymore.

    Turn it off.

    Trust me.

Stern was a habit for a long time. But I gave it up a couple of years ago when the show became a wrap up show for reality shows and not much else - right about the time Artie left.

I don't miss it at all. The only thing I find entertaining about Stern at this point is waiting for his hair hat to fall off or for him to finally get called out for the phony fuck he is.

One Direction and cream. One of these is very dissimilar to the other.

This. I cancelled Sirius nearly four years ago. Haven't missed THSS at all.

I come here to laugh at and goofy on Wiggy. It's funny and fun.

I think what burns me the absolute most is he's actually cutting up his archives so the old, classic, and funny shows have no edgy content that could potentially upset the A-listers and power elite.

Trying to change history, only a delusional asshole with a ton of money could think up something like that.

To add to your assessment, the show has not only been the biggest fall from grace but I have to add that Howard Stern is an even bigger sellout.

The greatest sellout of all time and the greatest flip / flop of all time.

EDIT: Sorry one more thing I hate the most, that he actually says, and probably believes, that the show has never been better.

I mean come the fuck on. Who the fuck does he think he's kidding.

Again, it all comes down to the fact that he's delusional beyond anything science has ever seen before. A complete world he's made up in his own mind. Nothing real, nothing factual. Just delusions of grandeur.

Sirius is paying 80 million for a live show that has under 10,000 listeners.

Just think.... He wants to evolve. He'd like you to ignore/forget about the 30 years of potty humor that made him famous. He'd like you to see how good of an interviewer he is...

... He'd like to copy imus... And interview senators and political figures.

Can you imaging what that would say about our political system if howard stern was considered a legitimate interviewer of this shit?

The only solace is that howard will never achieve the goals that imus has. Howard doesn't even have imus-level talent

It kills me that Mr. Evolved does not get that had he not put out the type of content over the past thirty years that he'd like everyone to forget, he would never have become famous or incredibly rich..He would still be in Hartford..He is not funny, fun and has a face custom made for radio..His interviews..how big is your cock..how much money do you have..in a sense, you blame your father for......are boring..

    This x100 too....

How anyone on that executive committee / board could even think about offering to re-sign him is beyond me.

You guys are being to hard on howard. When he did all those controversial shows and bits he was "out of his mind." Poor guy was battling some sort of mental disorder that made him act like that. I, for one, am so thankful he overcame such a horrible plight. It is clear is much much happier and satisfied with his life now that he "in his mind"
