They own it via an LLC probably do the LLC can hit their personal income taxes as a loss, getting them more marbles back at tax time. Don't worry, Howie's doing fine.
Nah. Howie goes to Club Fed if he does that. Trump stays down the road at the Mar-A-Lago Club when he's in South Florida and since its a legitimate business and he is an officer of the business, all expenses are properly deducted. He only uses a portion of the residence, so its immaterial.
What an Idiot Howard is, 52 million ? What a Maroon..... He could have a few thousand acres in some pristine wilderness.. But it's not about that to him. It's about Look at me. It's really a strange thing with attention Whores and Narcissists. I guess because they never had to really work for a living.. Kinda sad all that money and they don't know what's really meaningful in life.. 52 million for a shit place next to a bunch of other shit people, with a 10 million dollar closet..
Think about it 52 million ? what the fuck is he thinking ? Is he so detached from reality that he doesn't know what 52 million can buy ? 52 million ! think about it.. What would / could you do ?
You fool. That's on us as loyal fans to pay for. Howard probably could pay for that with couch cousion change, buy he needs every nickle he can get his hands on. It's pretty much all that matters to him.
Him and his golden horse could go to Florida once a month out of the year and rent a one million dollar/month apartment for the next 20 years(or whenever Beefus decides to poison and kill him) and he would be up 40 or 50 million dollars. Fuck em, I hope a small meteor hits 100 yards from their mansion and causes a tsunami that wipes just them out.
10 million dollar closet. imagine what normal people would do with that. Most people work their ass off for 40 years at just a chance of being able to retire.. and by then they're worn out and broken. unable to enjoy the fruits of their labor.. and usually die within a few years of retiring..
The question is, would you do what Beth had to in order to live that "life"? Selling one's soul is a tricky thing, but then again, if one had nothing to contribute to society, maybe it's not so difficult!
So between the Penthouse, the Hamptons, and Miami he has about 120-140 million tied up in real estate. Nice. He will probably sell the Penthouse when his contract is up. No way he is keeping something that big for the occasional overnight in the city.
Aren't property taxes a deduction on personal income anway? I don't know if he saves any more owning it through an LLC. I am sure he is finding ways to lower his tax burden far more than we will (at least percentage wise), but I don't know if this is a case.
Yeah, that's true... But there's got to be some shenanigans he's up to using an LLC, otherwise why not have a personal residence/property as your own?
