The way Howard keeps shoving the calenders down everyone throats... it almost seems like he fears being on the hook for the NSAL expansion...... Shit he hates the idea of giving his staff and extra $5 a week, wonder how he feels about dropping a few million to shut is cunt wife up??
1) The calendars and Howards work for it is a tax write off. 2) Idiots buy the calendar. 3) Lets say Howard builds the Bianca wing with money donated from calendar sales: Tax write off. 4) Beth gets payed by NSAL for her "work". Howard makes money on this. He will never leave a shekel on the table. Its in his blood. Just look at the money envelope that Seinfeld gave him and he didn't even hesitate to take it. 1.7 billion is not enough. MORE MORE MORE.
He will pry the money out of Sam Simon's dead hands before dropping one dime of his own money. About a year ago when Kathy Griffin was in she asked Wiggy what charities he donates to. Wiggy stuttered and stammered and Gary ran in and said Howard gives to an AIDS foundation. Gary saved the day again! Wiggy doesn't give shit to charity.
Wiggy will never give one penny of his money to his project. If for some reason they are unable to raise the necessary funds (and I I'm not convinced it would need the full $7 million), he will simply drop the subject, whitewash it out of the show's history, and never speak of it again. Rest assured, he will NEVER spend his own money on this.
I watched a YT of the show when Beth was writing the dog book. Howard was goofing on Beth because she said she wanted to donate the profits. Can't remember what the clip was now but you could tell Howard aint giving away anything. Howard marbles, No one else!
A second floor addition for cats in no way runs $7 million anyway. There's got to be kickbacks and NSAL staff bonuses in there somewhere. Fucking thing sucks! $7 million on Long Island gets you this: Something like this ought to cost around $500,000
I think ego will overrule his money an he will pay for whatever isn't raised. He is usually too cheap to shell out that money, but he doesn't want to let the world know that his name can't raise a measly $7 million for charity.
