I missed his speech but I heard his orangutan sidekick did his schtick where he knocks someone the fuck out. How did he Mr. Eastwood himself do? I like Clint so if he gave a sad, douche-chill-inducing performance, give me fair warning.

He talked to an invisible Obama sitting in a chair and pretended the president told him to go fuck himself while he stammered on about other things... He was out of it to the point that it was upsetting and I'm actually really depressed after seeing him... :depressed:

If Romney can spin this disaster, I will be impressed. Im not voting for him............He asked a actor, who is going senile that was a mayor of Carmel by the sea California in 1986. Carmel is not a middle of america town, its a wealthy town with wealthy people, so Im sure that budget issues were different. Why didn't he pull Bush or Cheney?

By the time Howard's back on the air in close to two weeks, it will be too late to talk about the DNC

It was a glum pessimistic crescendo that kept building until it finally ended with a whimper of what Clint used to be, there is a reason some actors and actresses take shelter as the curse of old age begins to set in....

When he goes on vacation, he misses alot of good shit. When he first started he had all these plans, now he doesn't try. He has a isdn line is his house, he should be giving commentary.............they should have had a wrap up show or something.......

Sad to hear it. Maybe they overburdened him with too much stuff to do. Was the chair stuff a planned skit? They probably should of just let him introduce Romey and leave it at that?

In an AP article they said he was the only person the entire night that didn't have anything on his teleprompter so I think they under prepared him and thought just winging it would come off well... Maybe it could, maybe under different circumstances he could have pulled this off, but in my opinion not tonight.

This is probably more Stern-related than meets the eye. Clint and Wiggy are both older, rich, white (Ok, Wiggy is Jewish, I concede that point) men who were mucho relavento in the 70s-90s.

It's almost 2012. As in "Way into the fucking future". My hobbies are Mustangs, old dollar bills, classic rock and Stern; I'm in my mid 40s.

Few people under 30 give two fucks about most of what I've mentioned above. They're on Twitter; they're playing First Person Shooters, or they're in the lab, inventing new forms of energy. And they don't care about Leslie West, Boss 302 motors, or old guys with multiple facelifts.

The guys from Trainspotting said it best: the world is changing. Music is changing, drugs are changing, even men and women are changing.

It used to be that most fuckers walking down the street couldn't name their Senators or pick out Canada on a map. Now it's all digital and since I'm still mostly analog I don't even know how much worse that makes it.

Maybe there was a teleprompter malfunction? I am gonna watch the speech. I will always love Clint regardless.

No, not a malfunction but that he and the people running the convention did not prepare any dialogue to go on the teleprompter unlike all the other speakers.
