If they talk about it, this could be some fun radio.
NEW YORK (Reuters) - A New York state appeals court declined to revive a $330 million lawsuit brought by disc jockey Howard Stern against satellite radio broadcaster Sirius XM Radio Inc for refusing to pay him stock awards he said he was due.
In a one-paragraph decision, the court on Thursday affirmed a trial judge's ruling last year that threw out Stern's lawsuit, finding that the 2004 deal that brought him from traditional radio to Sirius was "unambiguous."
Dave Attell, always great guest.
They'll mention it, and then spend roughly 2 minutes discussing it. They never spend a lot of time discussing his shit. Not because they're scared, but because they have their own show to do. Unlike Howard, they actually have guests and topics to cover.
They spend quite a lot of time bashing Sirius these days. I wouldn't say they are too jam-packed to bash Howard.
Wiggy is an afterthought at this point
