A couple of friends i know have been using the MAC for quite some time and there experience with it have been admirable.
We got 2 Windows configured machines here at home, fiance uses the laptop, although she mentioned she would like to try the MAC one day.

Would like to know how many people here use what OS, i'll setup a poll.

I enjoy my mac. It works for everything I need it to do. I hate how overpriced Apple products are but I checked the other day and the resale value of my 3 year old Macbook is still 1500 bucks. So I guess that offsets the cost somewhat.

Why would you start a poll with the two shittiest platforms on the planet and leave out the best "Linux" this poll is a major failure just like the two companies you polled.

I've never fiddled with Linux. I have a brand new copy of Redhat I never installed that's sat on the shelf for years. No reason why. I just never did.
    BTW it's v 7.3. :hhh:

    That's pretty cool! :grad:

I barely multitask, working on more than one machine will have my brain in overdrive!

This thread is an intelligence test (and maybe an IT test)

Anyone who know anythings about IT knows that Unix is by far the best operating system. That is proven with a 75% market share. (windows have dropped from 90% to 25% in just 3 years)

OS X is a glossy, dumbed down version of Linux. I've experimented with a bunch of Linux distros, and the only one I would use on one of my machines is Ubuntu.
I'm currently on Windows 7, and have no intention of going to 8.
I'm really looking forward to Android on the PC. That will put Apple out of the PC business and cripple Microsoft.
