That episode stunk. They need to keep their nose out of my favorite show.
Total mistake. Too many people hate the show already.
@Phil McKrakin , You never commented on The Orville.
A) Black Mirror is like The Twilight Zone... each ep is a stand alone... no need to watch like a serial.
2) We have talked about Orville several times. I've seen every ep.
What else does AMC have to replace WD? Infomercials won’t do it.
Shut up, faggot.
Really enjoyed that, improved throughout the season, don't think it'll get a second season.
Sure you will
Because it is about the British prime minister fucking a pig...show was highly recommended to me...esp. during my tz threads...watched the first episode...
I too, have lost interest, Coral....
They need to start working toward an end. The showbhas become monotonous. What are they going to do, keep parading the next bad guy who’s worse than the last? Nine seasons is a long time for any series let alone one that really doesn’t go anywhere. They’ve failed to have enough intriguing subplots. There’s the bad guy and the dead. That’s it. Rick & Michonne are a dud of a couple. They should have kept that nice blond chick he was digging around longer rather than killing her off.
That sometimes happens. I watched the first episode of The Office when it first came out and I thought it was dumb. Six seasons later I stumbled upon the show again and loved it. Next thing I knew I was binge watching to catch up.
Speaking of binge watching, my wife made me start The Crown. I typically don’t care for the British stuff, especially the royal family. This show has changed that. It’s historically accurate and I find it absolutely fascinating. We’ve watched 16 hours of it over the past three weekends.
This show keeps going, but The Americans, Homeland and Game Of Thrones are coming to an end.
Didn't like that episode. The poor guy gets shit on and disrespected at work, tries to escape his shitty reality, as most of us do, but then they do that to him? Bullshit.
I'm not finding the show as great as everyone says. I watched the entire 4th season, and found most, if not all the episode endings predictable by 15 -20 minutes in. The episodes are also too long and get boring. The episodes would be much better off being a half hour (22 - 25 minutes with no commercials). The old twilight zone series is still the best.
Agree with all that.
Also, Negan is a poorly written, poorly constructed villain. Great bad guys are the ones you love to hate -- JR Ewing, Darth Vader, Hans Gruber in Die Hard, etc. They do awful stuff, but they make you secretly envy something about their personality, mannerisms, or situation -- to the point where you almost root for them at times. The Negan character has none of that. They brought in a good actor (Jeffery Dean Morgan) who looked the part, but have failed miserably in crafting his character.
How many times do we need to see Jeff Morgan lean back at the knees with his arms at his sides, grin broadly, chuckle, then utter something sarcastic in a loud stilted voice? "WELL...RICK...I GUESS...WE HAVE...AN INTERESTING...SITUATION...HERE...NOW DON'T WE? WHAT EVER...SHALL I DO...ABOUT THIS?"
Negan: Well...here's a little refresher on who the hell I am. I wear a leather jacket, I have Lucille, and my nutsack is made of steel.
