Everybody is anxious to be a victim.
Can the world just end already?
My partner at work slapped my ass!@ I let it slide..then..throughout our work "partnership" he called me jackass...shit for brains..wtf@!..and told the Foreman I wanted to get laid off!@@
I finally told the Foreman I won't work with the guy anymore and he told me I was the last person left who would work with him.
I could make a big stink down at the union hall..but I don't want that "reputation " for the rest of my career
Just don't wanna work with the guy, anymore
Just tell him you were a guy until you had the sex change operation. He'll keep away.
Perfect response. Most women in the workforce make the decision early on to be a victim or not. No wonder you are successful in your career.
Thanks..at first I thought he was a nice guy who just overstepped his boundaries..you know?
But it turns out he's a dick..and very insecure..especially being that I'm a woman A journeyman electrician and he's what we call an upgrade in my union.
Basically...I can do what he does but he can't do what I do...I'm an actual electrician..but the work I do now..traffic...is less electrical and more of a fancy laborer, I guess. Same pay
But anyways..a couple of electricians pulled me aside and told me that he is insecure....unsafe..as everyone who works with him gets hurt...wtf!!!!...and he's a dick
So now I know it's not me...lol
Do you even message board brah?
