I've done it before but can't keep it consistent. Hit the gym @6 am and man it really makea you feel good the rest of the day. Usually our routine is 8 pm I go, Wife goes after me when kids are sleeping few times a week. I'm throwing down the 30 day challenge to wife, we try the AM thing rotating days. This daylight savings time adjustment really fucks you in the PNW, you really feel tired once 9pm hits. Also we have been known to pass up the gym for fucking when its on the night schedule. Who's a morning bird....how do u stick with it.
