Workout Frequency?

    I'm going to try the same bodyparts twice a week. I use to do once based off magazines. But, most of those are for size. I read how Bruce Lee got ripped doing 3 and some stuff daily. So we'll see.

    work out as much as possible with as much variety of movement and intensity (but never easy) as possible is my moto

    well you have to work in rest days but thats part of going full on. 3-4 on 1 off is what I do.

    Honestly, I try to do the same body parts twice a week. I don't always get there, time is always a factor. Ah-nold always said that you need to do twice a week and to this day, no one has won more mr. Olympia titles. And that was before guys were freakishly huge and had all these supplements. He must have known something. :dontknow:

    I usually only lift Monday-Friday. Rest on weekends.

    I usually have a set number I do a week. But lately when someone pissed me off, I winded up doing it a lot of it in the same night. lol :snicker:

    I think it depends on the person....dorian yates(remember him?) said the exact opposite. I have a hard time doing the same body parts twice a week...but I'm skinny, so it tears me down

    I think it depends on what your goals are, keeping fit/cardio health or just gaining size which does not have much to do with being healthy.

    Keep on doing more and more until you feel like you're overtraining. Cut back a little and you got it!
