I wanted to move to Italy when I was young, having kids ruined it. I would love to retire there, don't think I could convince my wife to abandon everybody.

Where would u like to go..
I guess that's why most people stick near family is because of guilt..
I don't have much family both my parents were only child and my brother would see it as a free vacation spot..
As for my kids well I'm sure by then, they will have families/ careers of their own that visiting me or vice versa be fine.

You have no ambition in life to do anything do you?
You complain about people doing things with their life from going to concerts, to going on dates, to possible retirement destination....

U might need to have ur doctor increase ur Paxil

Once my kid is out of school....and on his own, I'm seriously thinking of retiring in Aruba.

I have a buddy that grew up in Holland, and moved to the States about 25 years ago. I went on vacation down there for 10 days last year with a group of folks, and fell in love with the place.

Dutch is a hard fucking language to learn though, and if I was going to move there, I'd want to speak the local tounge.

...i was thinking the italian wine country. my brother went to this place in spain called marbella (marbaya) and said its where the vacationing europeans go. lots of money there, great food and weather. i would like to be where its warmer, not hot and stop having to pay so much in taxes every year.

No, she already knows about me wanting it. She knew me in high school and knew I wanted it then.

I read a similar article a couple of weeks ago. It listed Roatan which is where our poster GHP is at as a popular retirement destination. I'm thinking it would be fun to have her as a neighbor not to mention she would know who the good housekeeping help is.

Scoopy, you should practice being nice to kelly, it could teach you how to act with women and might help you get laid IRL and break your four year dry spell.

I have it on good authority that it's really been more like 6 years since Schmoopy has known the touch of a woman...
