I have over 100 employees who work very hard for $8 per hour. I also don't have to pay these employees OT thanks to a loophole in the wage laws.
I dont have too and most people over the age of 21 dont either if they did anything to prepare for their future.
If I had full benefits maybe, don't need much money these days, but need the benefits
