Talk like a redneck from the south when the fucker grew up in New Jersey with Stevie Van Zandt?
Cause he is a phony, limousine liberal.
This guy made millions by singing like he's taking a constipated shit.
He does not sound like Jon Bon Jovi. Most people consider a southern accent to sound stupid. I don't know why anyone would fake it. Unless they want to look like they are something they are not.
Screen door slams, Mary's dress sways
Same reason Madonna developed a British accent.
Just like Hillary' southern accent. Pandering.
A lot of Jersey is like the deep south
Why does he pretend to be some kind of working class hero when the dude never worked a real job in his life ?
The guy is a phony from the get go. I never bought into his horse shit .
He means nothing to me.
I always thank god I was not born in the south . That accent makes you sound stupid .
"People who put on accents have nothing going on in their lives. Am I right Robin?"
"Bruce is coming in? I love the way he talks, Robin."
He sucks. That song Jesse's Girl is the worst thing I've ever heard.
Can I tell you my favorite Matt Dillon story real briefly?
In my basement, I've hung a bunch of framed album covers of my favorite vinyl. One day after work a co-worker came over to just hang and have a few beers. After a while he asked me:
"Why the fuck do you have a framed photo of Bruce Springsteen's dick?"
The album was:
The thread title just made me think about it - hahaha.
Doesn't sound like a Southerner to me, but I'm from Ohio...what do I know? People here say "warsh", "acrossT", "pop" and "where are you AT?"
Exactly. His veins in his neck and forehead look like they're just about to burst too.
Almost any band has at least one song that I like. Even bands that I really don't like, usually has one song I can listen to. Bruce Springsteen, however, has not one single song I would voluntarily listen to. I even like some of Nils Lofgren's solo stuff, but not with Springsteen.
Even Artie goofed on Bruce's inauthentic raps: "I remember back when I was growing up in a small town I could see the Chrysler Building from my house and thought that someday I would make it to the big city."
