His mother might have been a whore.
“Short video” does not mean nearly 14 minutes. Hard pass and thread fail.
Is that was Zeitgeist was about?
I thought it was a crackpot 9/11 thing.
I did see "The God Who Wasn't There" - that made the same point. That Jesus was a construct of other religious deities.
He totally was, by the way. At least the myth of a divine Jesus that Rome used to conquer Judaism and brainwash the world.
Watch this short video and report back.
Thank you Marc. Will do in due time.
Jesus was real. many secular historians agree.
I wish you'd pick a shtick and schtick to it, this constant switching between super-cocksman creepy guy, to super religious creepy guy, to super "word we can't use her" creepy guy, then back to super religious creepy guy... is pretty tiring
Then why do I have Christmas tree sitting in my living room?!
Ofc Jesus is real. He mows my lawn twice a month all summer
Yeah, it’s Little Christmas today, so I’m actually in the process of taking it down now.
I still have mine up. Going to start taking it down tomorrow.
He’s everywhere. While he’s mowing your lawn he makes me tacos at the local Mexican joint
You like it “Hard” or “Soft”
Okay, dumb troll.
But for the sake of people who might accidentally read this thread in earnest, there's literally one historical document that hasn't been exposed as a Church-backed forgery that MIGHT refer to Jesus, but it doesn't even refer to him by name. Or ANY name.
It refers to "the one they call 'messiah'" which was the (self-appointed) nickname of a LOT of people back then. The Church makes the case that it's Jesus because it does refer to a man named James, the Biblical brother of Jesus.
But that's it. It's a pretty weak string to base an entire system of beliefs on.
Or not. Religion is for the unwashed anyway..
