For dinner tonight I made Real some Zuppa Toscana Soup (think Olive Garden) and chicken parm. I took pics of the soup making process for everyone's enjoyment! Start by browning one pound of Italian sausage. Add 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. When browned, remove from pan. Put in a bowl and place in refrigerator. In same pan used to brown sausage, add one large onion (diced), few cloves of garlic (diced) and 4 strips of bacon cut into small pieces. I think in the future I would actually just use pre-cooked bacon. Cook on med-low until onions turn clear, about 10-15 mins.
