    just saw theres a summer special for a 25 donation you get 6 months.
    So if its a paid membership, why call it a donation. Just an observation.

    It's the same reason voluntary rehab exists, and I'm not trying to talk shit about anything or anyone just saying. Sometimes if you can't control yourself you ask other people to help you control yourself. And again I've been in voluntary rehab so I'm not trying to poke fun at anyone.

    Yeah but there's no falling off the wagon when it comes to logging in here. Banned or not, if you don't donate, you can't see the forums now. At this point it seems passive aggressive to me to have to ask the mods to ban their account. They made their decision, just move on.

    It's like the person who doesn't want to pay higher prices at the restaurant they frequent and has to stand up and announce to the room that they'll never eat there again before walking out. If you don't think the meal is worth what they're asking, just leave and dine elsewhere.

    I’m on the fence. Wouldn’t mind paying for the site if it was what it once was. But lately it’s nothing but pictures of food and the incessant posts and dumb polls of some guy that for some reasons the moderators wouldn’t get under control.

    For those wanting an anonymous way to donate these instructions were just forwarded to me by a long time member



    OK, I bought a OneVanilla $25 Prepaid Debit Mastercard - (Non-Reloadable Gift Card - No Registration Required)
    1. Logged into my DS account
    2. Clicked on "Donate" tab at top of Screen
    3. Clicked on "Purchase Dawgshed all Summer Long Gold Special"
    4. Clicked on "Pay with Debit of Credit Card" - (No PayPal Account Required)
    5. Filled in the "PayPal Guest Checkout" form with the required CC/Debit Card info
    6. Filled in the "Billing Address" with a bunch of dopey nonsense - (VanillaOne doesn't require/check billing info)
    7. Filled in the "Contact Email address" using my DS Email registered address so I could get a PayPal receipt
    8. Clicked on "Pay Now" and my DS Account was instantly upgraded to Gold

    I just did this and it worked. I bought a prepaid VISA card, put in some bogus info for my address and phone number, then it accepted right away.
