    This was the first one that came up when I googled it.

    There were a few others, but I look through them, and they were almost all the same. I would have thought you could use peppermint extract, but every recipe has called for peppermint essence. Does anyone know if that is the same as essential oil?

    Let me know how they turn out. I was really happy with the fudge I made. As a matter fact, I stocked up on cocoa powder so I could try some other recipes. Most of the fat bomb recipes I saw were basically equal parts of coconut oil and cocoa powder, with a little sweetener added to it.

    Been back on it for a couple weeks now along with intermittent fasting. I'm not tracking my weight but I have been feeling great.

    I’ve decided to fast on Monday’s so that I can recover from my typically lazy weekends (when I usually gain a pound or two). So basically I wake up and eat nothing all day until dinner time. I tried it last Monday and lost like 4 pounds that day.

    Today is Monday and I’m in the middle of my fast, dinner won’t be until like 10pm tonight so I have to be strong. Must not think about how hungry I am. :lunch:

    I do it everyday. I stop eating at 8 PM and start the next day at 1 PM.

    Ok, I made a double batch of these over the weekend, and used a different sweetener. This time I used Stevia. I just have not gotten around to going to the health food store for the Monk fruit sugar or the erythritol. There wasn’t a super noticeable difference between the two sweeteners, they both still have the “artificial sweetener” taste. I need to get my butt to the health food store.

    I forgot I posted that recipe for you. I think I’m going to have to try those this week. But I definitely will need to go pick up some erythritol first.

    Omg, that’s EXACTLY why I made them!!!

    I bought my son and his girlfriend, as well as Mr. ITOK, copious amounts of delicious Easter chocolates. It’s going to be a long week… :worried:

    Plus, they are super, super easy to make. Especially if you make it the way I did the first time, and just poured the mixture into a container and cut it up later. I will admit, the molds were a little difficult to get the candy out of. I put them in the freezer to set up, and then I couldn’t do anything with them. Then I set them in the refrigerator hoping it would be a little easier, but that was still hard. I ended up running warm water on the back of the ice tray for about two seconds. Then I just popped them out.

    When I poured it into the container the first time, I lined it with wax paper. It was perfect! You just lift the paper right out, and peel it off.

    This is the first day I've gone off the rails. I didn't have anything healthy to eat so I decided to eat a small cup of Cap'n crunch. My gawd it sent me out of control. I then ate a toaster strudel and a Cadbury creme egg and some Swedish fish. Oh well back at it tomorrow.

    I am 100% the carbs/sugar addict. If I have one little taste, I am out of control just like that. It's easier just to stay the hell away from it. :nojj:
