Weird guy, couple of good tunes. Not even close to being relevant to the grand scope of great rock and roll musicians.

Walsh has recruited JD and the Straight Shot to open most shows on his solo tour. The “JD” referenced is none other than James Dolan, also known as The Guy Who Killed the Knicks and the Rangers. Check out some of JD and the Straight Shot’s music, and you’ll hear a bar band that shouldn’t be opening for Particle let alone Joe Walsh. What a complete disservice to his fans.

When Andy Gibb died, Joe Walsh released a statement about how saddened he was and how much he liked and respected him and his work. Howard goofed on him and Joe lashed out at him over it.

Saw him in the 80's for the confessor tour at the mid Hudson Civic center in Poughkeepsie. He did an hour of electric and an hour of acoustic. At one point he was on the piano taking helium hits off balloons singing Desperado. Great show and he was drunk as fuck.
