Apparently Roky Ericson died. Never heard of him.
I just learned yesterday that Robin Trower was in Procol Harum.
I kinda remember this one.
Otherwise idk the dude.
He was an original hippie though which means a lot to me.
I'm currently prepping all of the bikes for a family bike ride tomorrow/today.
Airing up the tires and what not. I have a 60 gallon compressor so it's not a big deal.
Still have the skurvy bike.

Progress on the 69 is going well.
Hopefully one day I will get this pile of shit off of my property.
I made a thread on the samba about the 69 Beetle.
I'm still undecided where to go with this car.
How about some upgrades?
This would make me shit my pants if I were a ne'er-do-well.
@Chief have you ever had a project you feel you should finish because it's there?
Every project vehicle I have done I've been fully in.
I'm kinda wrapped up in the 69 Beetle right now cause it's metal and bodywork. But I bet when it gets down to the intricate details (proper fresh air vents etc) I will zone out.
Kick ass and way beyond my skills.
I'm assuming you are saying passion to a project is most important.
I suppose so. It's a labor of love kind of thing. I am at my happiest when I'm out in the shop working on my projects.
I mostly enjoy sanding.
Welding and grinding said welds is empowering.
The whole taking a broken down old rusted wreck and restoring it is very satisfying.
Who's up for a challenge?
