You need to resize it. I'm not sure what the size limit is. 5mb or something like that.

You can download a free photo resizing app for your phone. I use one called Resize Me!. Seems to work ok.

    https://m.wikihow.com/Resize-a-JPEG

Try this link, it has some options. Vic is correct, it just needs to be resized.

i don't think you can post a pic directly from your phone or computer, i always use an image hosting site.

upload your pic to image hosting site, then post that pic from the image hosting site.

I have always used my phone, IPhone 7 currently but the iOS operating system would be the same. Good advice about going with a image hosting service if you are not able to get it directly from your phone.

I have the app Resize Me as Vic suggested and I used the resize smaller than required 2.3 I believe and received the above extension notification ugg. I have the Samsung note 8 if that makes any difference.

i also have the note 8, and a windows computer, i don't think it's possible to post a picture directly from a gallery on either device.:dontknow:

go to http://tinypic.com/ register and then upload pictures to tinypic, upload the image from tiny pic to dawg's.

There must be a setting in your phones camera settings for what it saves images as. My Galaxies have always saved as .jpg
