    Wife and I are splitting a nice 2"+ thick porterhouse that she picked up yesterday on sale. I like the strip, and she prefers the fillet, so this cut works out well for us. I think we're having some au gratin potatoes and I'll grill some fresh asparagus with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. :hubba:

    well, skoal long cut wintergreen right now. As soon as my fast is over, i'm eating every fucking thing in site- cider donuts, pickles, dilly beans, cheese, peanut m & m's, etc

    Didn't grow up eating lamb, so I'm not a big fan, but maybe once a year I'll cook a leg on the grill.

    Tonight I'm making pasta with sun dried tomato sauce, along with roasted mushrooms cooked in sherry and a nice ceasar salad. [​IMG]
