The only thing important is the heart rate monitor.

I do not care how accurate any of the other functions are.

The Fitbit Alta HR has good reviews

Vinnie Tortorich, who is a celebrity fitness trainer and Ultra athlete recommends Polar or Ironman.
He talks about it on his June 22, 2015 podcast but you may have to pay to listen to his older ones.

Just started wearing the Garmin HR something something monitor. Seems pretty accurate.

Been super carefully about diet and got my average resting HR under 46.
