Yes but I recommend staying in a nicer part of the strip like the Bellagio. I cheaped our last time staying at Circus Circus. It was still fun and I saved money but holy fuck that place was dodgy it felt like worse than a motel 6 in the ghetto

Try to do one of those time sharing presentations yes it eats up half a day and you get hassled like crazy but you will get free tix to 2-3 good shows on the Strip

Yes. Used to be there every other week for work. Everyone needs to go once at least.

    Recommend??.....it depends.

Why would you be going there?...any specific reason or purpose?

    Alone?....or as a couple or group?...with family?..and kids?

Have you ever been there before in the past?

Will it be your main destination?....or will it simply be one stop on a longer trip
to other places in the area? ( Grand Canyon?...West Coast? etc.)

    OK....have fun.....stay safe.
Go in with some sort of a plan...and possibly toss parts of the plan out..choosing to go with following the flow of your fun.

Are you traveling far to get to LV?....flying or driving?

Are you going for any specific events or shows?

I saw 2. Criss Angel at Luxor which is a good show that I recommend and Marc Sarvard at Planet Hollywood who is a hypnotist. That show is hilarious and a lot of fun

It's a spectacle. I was there a couple of times for some latter-day Dead shows. Some of the newer hotels are ENORMOUS. The food was impressive. I wonder if there's some kind of noob gaming class I could have taken, the gaming/gambling was beyond me. I wish you could bet on video gaming!

Vegas is worth going to but it is nothing like it used to be as little as 5-10 years ago. Now most hotels charge a "resort fee" and charge for parking even if you stay there. The slots are tight in the main strip casinos and some casinos even monitor your play to see if you qualify for a free drink. I used to get comps all the time for dinners and shows and now the pit bosses are tight wads.
