I'm working on a seasonal avatar for another user and I'm having a hard time providing a version/size they can successfully upload.

These are the various sizes. I tried swapping out my avatar for these and they ran. Any sage advice and/or wisdom? Pepsi is using a phone to upload the file, but I don't know why that would make a difference, the animation doesn't run when she uploads the file as an avatar. I looked at the Xenforo support forum but came away even more confused.

Apparently uploading the image from a desktop instead of phone made the difference! Go figure.

i actually switched it from here, if I add them through the database they often work.

Is there some blessing you bestow on avatars or do you mean you changed the file extension or what?

i don't know but nine times out of ten when someone has an AV issue it resolves itself by my adding it through the database rather than the using the board upload.
